📦 Ordering

How do I place an order?

Select the desired product, choose the correct size, and add it to your cart. Then follow the steps in the checkout process to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is processed as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@nefci.nl, and we will check whether changes or cancellation are still possible.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Will I receive a track & trace code?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.


🔁 Returns & Withdrawal

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after receipt, provided the product meets our return conditions.

What are the return conditions?

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • Products without labels or with signs of use will not be accepted

How do I request a return?

Send an email to info@nefci.nl including:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

After approval, you will receive further instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.


💳 Payment & Refunds

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and approving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

How do I know which size I need?

What if a product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@nefci.nl and include clear photos. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
