Return & Refund Policy – Nefci
At Nefci, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
After withdrawing, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached
- The product must be in its original condition
❌ Products returned without tags, with signs of use, or damage will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Registering a Return
All returns must be registered in advance.

Include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
After approval, you will receive further instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense
- Nefci is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
We recommend sending your return with track & trace
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
If a product is returned:
- Worn
- Damaged
- Or without original tags
Nefci reserves the right to refuse the return.
